Grand Hotel (Sopot)

Grand Hotel in Sopot, Poland, originally built in 1924–1927 as the most refined hotel in Sopot - the Kasino Hotel, enchants its guests with lavish style and elegance, this awesome structure was the jewel of Sopot in a time when the city was regarded as the Monaco of the Baltic. The hotel has always been synonymous with style, and the guest book reads like a Who’s Who of 20th century figures.

As the Sofitel Grand Hotel, it is located at the seaside of the Gdańsk Bay, in the heart of the town and right next to the sandy beach and in the neighbourhood of the famous Sopot pier; an icon of the Tricity area (Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot). Sofitel Grand Hotel has been totally refurbished during the last years, the classical atmosphere from the earlier period is still present and the hotel is now both classical, and modern. In 2007 it was decided to open Grand Spa by Algotherm, this to maintain the history of Sopot as a Spa resort. The treatments at Grand Spa by Algotherm are offered by highly skilled therapists, educated both in France and Norway. Class of the property: *****Palace
